Buyer will pay directly to nitrile glove manufacturer.
Process for nitrile glove purchase:
1. Between buyer, buyer’s representative and us: a NCNDA to be signed. Then more details about nitrile glove products and factory will be shown.
2. Buyer sends LOI and shows details of what they want to factory. We can help do a LOI draft.
3. Buyer shows POF to cover the project value.
4. Nitrile glove factory will issue an official letter to confirm buyer’s requirement.
5. Draft contract to be created.
6. Contract signing. Buyer can send a representative to factory for a visit.
7. Deposit to be paid within seven days from the factory visit.
8. Factory starts nitrile glove production for buyer
